Website access and hosting

This website is provided as a static website via GitHub Pages. The domain yasinarda.de is registered with netcup GmbH, and its DNS zone is managed through netcup CloudDNS. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This may include the IP address, time of access, requested file or page, browser and device information, and technical log data.

GitHub states that when a GitHub Pages website is visited, the visitor’s IP address is logged and stored for security purposes. DNS management for the domain is provided through the infrastructure of netcup GmbH.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely, reliably and efficiently.

If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide, in particular your email address, name, message content and any other information you voluntarily provide, in order to respond to your enquiry.

Where the contact is aimed at initiating a professional collaboration or contractual relationship, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

I currently do not use my own analytics or marketing cookies or tracking services such as Google Analytics on this website. The website contains no first-party tracking scripts. If a technical service provider uses technologies that are strictly necessary to provide the website, the provider’s privacy information also applies.

If analytics, marketing or embedded third-party services are added later, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly before they are used and, where required, consent will be obtained.
