This website is provided as a static website via GitHub Pages. The domain yasinarda.de is registered with netcup GmbH, and its DNS zone is managed through netcup CloudDNS. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed. If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide, in particular your email address, name, message content and any other information you voluntarily provide, in order to respond to your enquiry.
Where the contact is aimed at initiating a professional collaboration or contractual relationship, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
I use Gmail to receive and send emails. In this context, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as the provider of the email service, may process the data required for communication. Where data is transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards stated by Google apply. Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.

I currently do not use my own analytics or marketing cookies or tracking services such as Google Analytics on this website. The website contains no first-party tracking scripts. If a technical service provider uses technologies that are strictly necessary to provide the website, the provider’s privacy information also applies.
Therefore, no cookie banner is currently used. If analytics, marketing or embedded third-party services are added later, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly before they are used and, where required, consent will be obtained.
